Shipping Policy
We aim to ship all in-stock orders within 1–2 business days of purchase. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be clearly communicated at checkout or via email. If any unexpected delay occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. House of SOSA is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at the time of purchase. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
For custom items that require a signature upon delivery: if the package cannot be delivered and is returned to us due to customer absence or refusal, the customer will be responsible for paying reshipping fees. Custom orders are non-refundable.
