Order Cancellations
Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
Any cancellation requested after 24 hours may be subject to denial or a 15% restocking fee.

Jewelry — Returns & Quality Guarantee
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery on unworn, unused jewelry items in original packaging with all tags intact.
All jewelry returns are subject to inspection prior to approval.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, altered packaging, or missing tags are not eligible for return.
If a jewelry item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it or issue store credit.
Home & Lifestyle Items — Defective Products Only
House of SOSA provides refunds for defective products purchased directly from houseofsosa.com.
If you purchased a product from a retailer, returns must be handled through the retailer in accordance with their return policy.
House of SOSA has the sole discretion to determine whether a product is defective.
Minor damage to packaging is not considered defective.
Custom Orders
Custom orders are made especially for you and cannot be canceled, exchanged, or returned.
Vendor ship times may vary. Any estimated ship dates provided are approximations and not guaranteed.

Exposure to light, temperature changes, and environmental conditions may affect the appearance of your merchandise over time.
