Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Our shipping and customer service hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. CST, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays.

Processing Time

  • In-stock items (including jewelry): Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days.

  • Custom orders: Please allow an additional 2–5 business days for production before shipment. Larger or design-based custom orders may require more time. A personalized timeline will be provided via email.

During new releases, promotions, or holidays, processing times may extend by an additional 2–4 business days.

Transit Time (After Shipment)

Delivery time begins once your order has shipped and depends on your location and selected shipping method.

  • UPS Ground: 2–5 business days

  • UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days

  • DHL eCommerce: 3–8 business days (includes up to $100 insurance)
