Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Our shipping and customer service hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. CST, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays.
Processing Time

In-stock items (including jewelry): Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days.

Custom orders: Please allow an additional 2–5 business days for production before shipment. Larger or design-based custom orders may require more time. A personalized timeline will be provided via email.
During new releases, promotions, or holidays, processing times may extend by an additional 2–4 business days.
Transit Time (After Shipment)
Delivery time begins once your order has shipped and depends on your location and selected shipping method.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. For the most accurate delivery updates, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking link. Our customer service team has access to the same tracking information.

Jewelry Orders (Special Note)
For your protection, jewelry shipments may require signature confirmation on delivery. If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, House of SOSA cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
