Do you accept returns & exchanges?

We craft our products to leave a lasting impression for your most cherished moments. If your order is not what you expected or simply isn't working for you, we've got you covered. You have 30 days from when you receive your order to experience our products, with the comfort that you can return any item for any reason, excluding custom products (see below).

No delivery or restocking fees, return any unused items purchased on Artisaire.com, including customized products 30 days after receiving them. Enjoy the sophistication our products bring, stress-free.

 

Custom Orders?

Given that some of our items are individually customized, we do not accept returns and or exchanges on these items. However, we do understand that things happen. Please reach out to us directly if you have any issues or concerns.
